Creative jobs in the UK have increased over the last 12 months, according to a new report from the Creative Employment Network (CEN).
This year, UK creative employment rose by 2.2 per cent year-on-year to 4,854 jobs.
There was also a significant increase in the number of people working in creative roles, as more people started working in them as a result of the digital revolution.
Creative employment is an increasingly popular field with employers, who are increasingly seeking to develop their skills and expand their workforce.
But with more people taking up creative roles in 2017 than at any time since 2011, the report suggests that the UK is still missing out on a significant share of the UK’s talent pool.

In the 12 months to December 31, 2017, there were 2,816,719 UK creative job postings, of which 2,927,838 were made in the creative sector.
This is an increase of 3.9 per cent on the previous 12 months.
The UK is a global leader in the sector, with the UK employing some of the world’s most creative minds and employing more than a third of the people working as creative professionals in the country.
However, this year, many companies are struggling to retain talent as they shift to online platforms and platforms such as Netflix and Amazon.
The digital revolution has also led to a rise in online freelance jobs, as people are increasingly looking to freelance for projects that they can sell online.
CEN’s Creative Employment Report 2016 outlines the most innovative and talented UK creative professionals and the industry at large.
The report also highlights the need to continue investing in the skills of the creative workforce, as this is crucial to the future of the economy and its ability to attract talent from all over the world.
